London

Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz is an original and innovative writer, who, on the one hand, is inserted into the poetic and dramatic tradition of the Golden Age and, on the other, sometimes surpasses it and astonishes us with that excess. The Cervantes Institute London, in collaboration with King’s College London’s Modern Language Centre and UNAM-UK Centre for Mexican Studies, invite to the course “Sor Juana and the Hispanic Baroque” taught by Dr. Dolores Bravo Arriaga within the framework of the Extraordinary Chair “Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz.”

The event will take place at King’s College London – Salón C16 North Wing
