Would you like to know how bread and beer are made?
SRUK London & Yorkshire organise the ‘Science & Cooking’ Christmas webinar. This session will analyse the economic context and the historical survey of bread and beer, as well as the techniques and science behind their elaboration.
For that, the virtual seminar will have the presence of:
– Patricia Jurado González, graduated in Culinary Sciences from the Basque Culinary Center, currently a teacher fellow and researcher of Science&Cooking at Harvard University.
– David Santamaria García, is a technical specialist in Quality and R&D and Master Brewer at the Mahou San Miguel brewery. He has a degree in chemistry with a background of more than 15 years of experience in the beer and food industry.
