Do you want us to promote your cultural or scientific activity from our website and newsletter?

Interested in spreading your event in our social profiles?

Prior to the inauguration of your cultural or scientific event or activity, you must contact us to send:

– PRESS RELEASE written in English containing:

  • Title of the event or activity
  • Date and time
  • Venue
  • Category (Architecture and design, cinema, dance, fashion, festival, gastronomy, literature and language, music, performance, theatre, universities and Hispanist, visual arts …)
  • Detail of the sponsors or sponsor that the project has
  • Summary (One or two lines)

– HORIZONTAL PHOTOGRAPH It must be large and of good quality.

In addition, if you have a video summary of the project or a social media plan, please send it to us so that our actions can be as coordinated as possible.

¿Quieres que promocionemos tu actividad cultural o científica desde nuestra web y boletín?

¿Interesado en que difundamos tu evento en nuestros perfiles sociales?

Con carácter previo a la inauguración de tu evento o actividad cultural o científica, debes contactar con la OCSA para enviarnos:

– NOTA DE PRENSA redactada en inglés y debe contener:

  • Título del evento o actividad
  • Fecha y hora
  • Lugar de celebración
  • Categoría ( Arquitectura y diseño, cine, danza, moda, festival, gastronomía, literatura y lenguaje, música, representación, teatro, universidades e hispanistas, artes visuales…)
  • Detalle de los patrocinadores o sponsor con los que cuenta el proyecto
  • Resumen ( De una o dos líneas)

– FOTOGRAFÍA HORIZONTAL Debe ser de gran tamaño y de buena calidad.

Además, en caso de disponer un video resumen del proyecto o un plan de difusión en medios sociales, por favor háznoslo llegar para que nuestras actuaciones sean lo más coordinadas posible.
