With the initiative “Art and Science” (ART & Science), we wanted to create a space where scientists and artists can work together, communicate and learn from each other, to finally transmit the scientific knowledge to the general public in a more comprehensible format, suggestive and much less abstract. For this, scientists and artists explored the same scientific question. Their different ways of working and tackling the same study were presented to the public on Saturday, June 17 in London, where the three winning projects were chosen: Common Bio by Marta Fusterand Tomás Di Domenico, Regeneration and Recycling by Jane Frost and Ana López and Seed dispersal in a Fragmented Landscape by Jon Heras and Juan Pedro González-Varo. Now all the art-works that were presented in London can be finally seen in Cambridge!
