The FPdGi yearly call for “Princess of Girona Foundation Awards”, looks to promote and encourage initiative and effort, scientific research and artistic creativity, solidarity and talent development of young entrepreneurs and innovators who show concern for building a world more just in a globalized environment, and that have the ability to take risks and the motivation necessary to induce changes in society.
The prizes in detail:

• Princess of Girona Social Foundation Award: Aimed at rewarding young people who, because of their leadership and personal commitment, have achieved successes in the creation and promotion of social projects with new visions and tangible achievements, within the framework of social entities or companies.
• Princess of Girona Foundation Award Scientific Research: Aimed at rewarding young scientists (including human and social sciences) with projects or research experiences highlighted in their discipline, entrepreneurial, innovative and with a high potential for future development.
• Princess of Girona Foundation Arts and Letters Award: Aimed to reward young people with talent and a promising work in any discipline of arts and letters, and that it serve as an example and inspiration for other young people.
• Princess of Girona Foundation Award Company: Aimed at rewarding young people with entrepreneurial initiative in the execution of an original and viable company project.
• Princess of Girona International Foundation Award: This award wants to recognize the professional career of young people from any part of the world who stand out for their work, their merits and their exemplarity. Unlike the other categories of the FPdGi Awards, the International Prize will be awarded by nomination.

WHO CAN BE AWARDED?

• Candidates must be between 16 and 35 years old before the deadline for submission of applications.
• Candidates must have been born or reside legally in Spain.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATURES

• Applications must be submitted before 11.59pm on September 30, 2019.
• All applications must be endorsed by a letter of support to the candidate. The letters of guarantee must be attached as a file in the application form and the date of writing must be after June 7, 2019.
• In order for a valid application to be submitted, it must be submitted through the Prize application form, which can be accessed from the web: www. fpdgi.org
